We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Care Package service.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work in a dynamic community setting.

  • This role involves wound care and catheter management, as well as attending meetings and restocking at our base Osborne Park.
Key Responsibilities
  • Using exceptional assessment and decision-making skills, the Enrolled Nurse will deliver best-practice care to clients, making a positive impact on their health outcomes.
About You
  • A minimum of 2+ years post-grad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role is required.
  • You must be medication competent, with current Registration with the AHPRA.
  • Community Care experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
