About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Care Package service. This role involves providing high-quality care to our clients in the community, working under the clinical direction of a Registered Nurse.

Job Description
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering best-practice care to our clients in their homes. You will work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive care, including wound and Catheter management. Your duties will include attending meetings, restocking supplies, and participating in training sessions at our base in Osborne Park.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
  • Medication competence with HLTEN507 A/B/C
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Excellent assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • A current driver's licence
