Compassionate Home Care Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our home care team, where you will thrive on delivering exceptional medical and personal care to vulnerable members of the community.

The role involves conducting clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans that meet the client's needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care that is aligned with the client's assessed needs.
  • Monitoring chronic and palliative conditions, assessing wounds, and attending to dressings as per the care plan.
  • Assisting clients with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, denture care, and other personal care activities.
  • Offering comprehensive social, emotional, and spiritual support to enhance the client's overall well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will require unrestricted AHPRA Registration and a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an EN. Previous experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills would be highly desirable.
