Seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the management and strategic growth of wound care programs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for complete oversight of the Wound Care Center, including day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight.

  • Manage and strategically grow wound care programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and staff.
  • Lead financial management, quality/performance improvement, and community education/marketing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
  • OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 2 or more years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations.
  • Wound care experience is required.
  • Management experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated:

  • Demonstrated competency in BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Leadership and teaching skills.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a patient care environment with exposure to hazards and the ability to travel as needed.

Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, eligibility to participate in a 401K plan, PTO and sick time accruals.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
