A vital role in supporting our team requires an organized and self-motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities- Communication: Respond to phone calls, communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of management.
- Vehicle Management: Monitor company vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and available for use.
- Errands and Deliveries: Send and collect mail, purchase supplies from various stores, and deliver supplies to jobs at different locations.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including cleaning and washing linen as needed.
Available to work Monday to Friday with morning and afternoon shifts. Self-motivated and trustworthy individuals are encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills- Current Driver's License: Hold a current manual driver's license (desirable).
- Language and Writing Skills: Possess strong language, writing, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team.
