Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email, phone, and chat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing tailored advice and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to help customers get the most out of our platform
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to management
  • Identifying areas for improvement in our processes and suggesting creative solutions
About You

You are a customer advocate who delivers a high level of service every time. You are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You are also able to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
