Paediatric Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Windermere Child and Family Services. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of evidence-informed intervention strategies, assessments, and parent training to support children's communication and social participation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of children aged 0-12 years with a range of disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay.
- Deliver face-to-face consultations and relationship building in natural environments, schools, and kindergartens.
- Liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans.
- Provide key worker support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency, and social skills.
- Assess and intervene to support children's communication and social participation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current and ongoing registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Sound theoretical knowledge and a minimum of 2 years' discipline-specific clinical experience in paediatric practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of typical development and common conditions affecting children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, including office-based or remote off-site locations.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, complex service environment.
- Current Victorian Drivers' Licence.
- Right to Work in Australia.
