We seek an experienced credit professional to join our Northgate team as Senior Credit Officer. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will play a key role in managing corporate accounts and ensuring favourable outcomes for vet clinic customers.

About You

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our portfolio of key corporate accounts across Australia, New Zealand, and Technology Solutions business.
  • Assisting the Credit Manager with key projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Initiating approval processes relating to account applications, redemptions, and credit notes.
  • Finalising account closures.
  • Ad hoc finance reporting at month end and quarter end.
  • Acting as an escalation point for the AR team and customer queries.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties.

About You

Ideal candidates will have either extensive experience in credit control or experience in a senior, finance-related position with demonstrated commercial collections skills. Additionally, they should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
