Job Overview

The Daily Organiser and Administration Support role is crucial for our school's daily operations, requiring an individual who can effectively coordinate daily tasks, manage staff absences, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth school day.

About the Position
  • Coordinate daily staffing needs, including timetabling of casual relief teachers and internal coverage.
  • Manage staff absences and communicate promptly with relevant teams.
  • Support the efficient running of the school day through effective scheduling and problem-solving.
  • Provide administrative assistance to College staff, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with event coordination and compliance processes as required.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, enabling them to handle competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by a professional and approachable manner.
  • Capacity to think ahead, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Sound computer literacy, with confidence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
