Digital Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to lead our digital projects from conception to delivery.

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, workflow management, and human resource planning.

  • End-to-end management of digital projects, encompassing all stages from inception to completion.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, including the Head of Digital and Digital Strategists, to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ongoing communication with clients, providing regular project status updates and ensuring seamless client relationships.
  • Monthly invoicing and financial management.
  • Quoting and contract negotiation.
  • Budget tracking and cost control.

You will work closely with our team, comprising the Head of Digital, Digital Project Managers, Digital Strategists, Account Managers, and Developers, to deliver high-quality digital development projects.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Practical knowledge of development platforms, particularly WordPress.
  • Experience in budgeting software or processes.
  • Proficiency in Kanban-style project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management approaches.
  • Scrum Master skills or experience with Scrum Master techniques.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing reasonable-sized projects.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • A willingness to learn and lead an internal team.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home. We offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
