About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to join our team in Sydney, AU. This exciting role will focus on delivering data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using CRM platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize CRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and effective campaign performance.
- Set up and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies to drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
- 2–3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
- Proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows.
- Strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in data analysis, project management, or sales strategy, that's a plus
