Strategic Senior CRM Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical professional to join our Product team as a Senior CRM Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS channels, driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS strategies, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  2. Create clear design briefs for creative teams to ensure effective execution of campaign assets, aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing engagement.
  3. Manage and optimise copy for CRM campaigns, focusing on personalisation, engagement, and brand consistency.
  4. Design and iterate on automated lifecycle journeys, onboarding flows, newsletters, and triggered communications to drive performance.
  5. Leverage customer data and behavioural insights to create segmented, personalised campaigns, leveraging customer-obsessed mindset.
  6. Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve subject lines, creative, copy, and cadence, measuring impact and deriving actionable insights.
  7. Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall business outcomes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader OKR business goals, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Marketing Automation / CRM and Lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.
  • Proficiency in email service platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Active Campaign.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with HTML and responsive email design.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Domo or Tableau.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for experimentation, personalisation, and user experience.
