Tuckshop Convenor Position

Are you a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? We seek a dedicated and experienced Tuckshop Convenor to join our team. This Term Time, Permanent position involves managing voluntary staff and overseeing the tuckshop's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers.
  • Set high standards for personal conduct and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all food prepared meets quality and nutritional standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tuckshop.
  • Oversee tuckshop equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Business Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Able to adapt to new technology and processes.
