The People Relations Manager plays a vital role in leading a small team of professionals to deliver high-quality employee relations services and initiatives that foster a healthy and high-performing workplace. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing employee relations and wellbeing frameworks, ensuring proactive risk management aligned with contemporary best practices.
The incumbent operates with significant autonomy while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive positive outcomes.
