Job Title:

A Property Acquisition Specialist is required to source and deliver new properties to a portfolio via lease or acquisition.

This role will involve delivering annual leasing and acquisition programs in accordance with approved capital plans for specified regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and provisioning housing that meets required standards for Defence members and their families, as well as other government agencies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver annual leasing and acquisition programs in line with approved capital plans
  • Identify and provision housing that meets required standards for Defence members and their families
  • Monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and provide expert advice on policy

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and/or business development
  • Background in property or a related field
  • Experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under limited direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
