Senior Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia.
  • 10+ years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to critically assess designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities.
