Job Overview
As a Speech Pathology Professional working with Altius Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services to NDIS clients. Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing client plans, delivering evidence-based services, and coaching team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients with specific eating and communication needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the client plan
- Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan
- Coach and provide on-the-job support to team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology
- Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Current driver's license and car
- Adaptable, professional, and strong communicator
- Driven, autonomous, and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals
