An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and innovative new Speech Pathology graduate to join the Western Health Speech Pathology Department.

This rotational position offers diverse experience in providing a high level of patient care across the subacute and acute adult settings.

You will be an active member of our highly skilled Speech Pathology and multidisciplinary teams with opportunity to contribute to quality improvement.

This role is supported by a robust supervision framework and access to the Allied Health New Graduate Program, underpinned by Western Health's strong commitment to learning and development.

This is a 12-month new graduate position.

Please note interviews are a two-stage process involving a screening interview via phone followed by a panel interview.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Completed or are completing a degree in Speech Pathology in 2024 with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Undergraduate experience and theoretical knowledge in the assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders within the adult setting
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
