Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate/Early Career Speech Pathologist to join our team.

As a Speech Pathologist at Words in Motion Speech Pathology, you will be responsible for providing assessment and therapy programs for children with a variety of communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and therapy programs for children with communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective therapy outcomes
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Drivers' Licence
  • National Police check (NPC)
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Punctual, reliable and committed
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in creating efficiency and meeting targets
