**Key Responsibilities** :
- Provide high-quality communication consultation and oversight of programs for clients and therapists
- Administer varied case loads, promoting learning and enhancing capabilities
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans, including assessments and progress monitoring
- Work collaboratively with teams to deliver holistic therapy programs
- Participate in supervision, co-working, and continuous learning opportunities to ensure best practice principles
**Requirements** :
- Punctual, reliable, and committed
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in creating efficiency and meeting targets
- Clear, personable, and professional communication style
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously

- In final year of degree or a recent graduate of Bachelor of Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Drivers' Licence
- National Police check (NPC)
- Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
