Altius Group, a pioneering force in rehabilitation services, seeks an exceptional Speech Pathologist to join our team in Melbourne. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care and support individuals with specific eating, drinking, and communication needs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide evidence-based speech pathology services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients within a multidisciplinary team setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and contributing to client plan development, implementation, and review
- Delivering tailored services aligned with client goals and objectives
- Providing coaching and on-the-job support to team members and carers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintaining professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
