We are seeking a visionary Brand Transformation Lead to spearhead the reimagining of our existing venues, elevating them into exceptional experiences that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of venue transformations from inception to launch and beyond.
  • Develop strategic brand blueprints informed by customer insights, market analysis, and financial objectives.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and implement targeted strategies to sustain revenue growth during the critical initial 90-day period.
  • Provide support for other brand-related projects across various initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of senior experience in hospitality marketing, coupled with a proven track record in brand development and scalable concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions that foster growth.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).
