Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Solutions Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and have a proven track record of successful deployments.About the Role:

This position involves working closely with our technical teams, developers, and consultants to deliver seamless service to our clients. The selected individual will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, configuring and customizing the system, conducting functional testing, and providing first and second-line support.

  • Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for successful deployments.
  • Configure and customize the system, conduct functional testing, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide first and second-line support, troubleshoot functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will participate in D365 F&O implementations, including system setup and configuration. They will also conduct functional testing, develop Functional Design Documents, and maintain documentation.

They must analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend improvements. Additionally, they will support clients during UAT and Hyper Care phases, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.
