The role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities from initial engagement through solution design and delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing expert advice on solution implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations, including product management, engineering, and customer success.
- Provide technical expertise and support the sales process through solution design, product demos, and proposal development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments to deliver relevant and competitive solutions.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales or tech sales, preferably in the marketing technology industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing technology, including marketing automation, data management, and customer experience management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical information into business value for clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
