Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our fast-paced, agile team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful projects with great culture and work-life balance.

  • Translate business needs into well-structured, detailed technical requirements for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative product solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, solution design, and vendor discussions for new products and enhancements.
  • Coordinate grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and post-release validation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and ensure market readiness for product launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role within technology/innovation.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and write documentation.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia, no sponsorship.
