About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Business Solutions Expert, you will provide consulting services to customers and internal teams on all content aspects of our product suite.

This includes solution design, configuration, testing, solution documentation, template specification, customer support, training, and troubleshooting.

The role reports to the Consulting Manager and does not have people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on product features, functions, and techniques
  • Configuring customer solutions using product features and providing content configuration assistance
  • Supporting senior consultants with administration tasks
  • Facilitating workshops with clients
  • Liaising between customers, business consultants, and product teams
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents
  • Contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Jira software
  • Knowledge of data models and business requirement analysis
  • Experience in configuring software solutions and good communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and develop
