As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their enquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for connecting customer feedback with different areas of the business, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Investments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Managing customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries.
  • Nurturing relationships that will lead to long-term advocates.

We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a B2C customer support, customer success, or similar role that serves customer communities. You should have experience with customer support systems such as CRMs and dealing with online chat enquiries. Experience in working in financial services, specifically in a super fund support role or with experience in ETFs, investments, stocks, and trading, is also highly desirable.
