We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining compliance, improving operational performance, and supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable facility services.
- Manage the scheduling of maintenance works, prioritising tasks to minimise operational disruption.
- Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to coordinate access, inductions, and documentation.
- Monitor work order status and contractor performance within our asset management system.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and experience in coordinating equipment owners, suppliers, and contractors.
They will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience working in healthcare, laboratory, or research environments is desirable, as is familiarity with WHS compliance frameworks and contractor management.
