Facilities and Administration Specialist

The Workplace Injury Commission is currently seeking a skilled Facilities and Administration Specialist to manage office facilities and administration services. This role involves overseeing the upkeep of three floors at 215 Spring Street, ensuring high-standard office facilities and services for employees and visitors.

This diverse position entails:

  • Responding to facility and administration inquiries raised by employees
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address maintenance requirements
  • Scheduling contractors and maintaining facilities records

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in facilities or administration management, preferably in a public-facing organization
  • Strong contract management skills, including vendor management and KPI delivery
  • Familiarity with financial administration processes, including purchase orders and invoices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
