Facilities Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Administrator.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring our sites are safe, functional, and welcoming. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, tracking assets, and maintaining records.
You will work closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure that all aspects of facilities management are running smoothly. This includes carrying out asset audits, managing tools like MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet, and overseeing procurement requests and supplies.
As a Facilities Administrator, you will be the link between people and solutions. You will work with contractors and vendors to get repairs, upgrades, and maintenance sorted on time and on budget.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Cert IV/Diploma in Business or similar (or relevant experience).
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to pick up new systems.
- Strong time management and a solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in property or residential services is great, but not essential.
In addition to these requirements, you will need a National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a valid Driver’s Licence.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
