**Job Title:** Roster Coordinator

You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in roster planning, crew assignment and service delivery. Our team is responsible for coordinating the movement of freight across the country and we are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset to join us.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for developing rosters, assigning crew to align with requirements and ensuring that our services meet our customers' needs. You will also have exposure to learn how to interpret enterprise agreements and assign crew based on skill level and availability whilst meeting our strict safety and fatigue guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop rosters and assign crew to align with requirements and EA conditions
* Identify conflicts, constraints, efficiency and effectiveness opportunities in service plans
* Contribute to the deployment of new and existing services with operations group to improve business and customer performance

Requirements:
* Flexibility to work a rotating day shift roster
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively using multiple mediums
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Positive 'Can Do' attitude and the thirst to learn
* Ability to develop stakeholder relationships
