Job Title: Roster Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to coordinate the creation and management of rosters for our residential care facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily and forward filling of rosters in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders, including payroll and talent acquisition teams
  • Reconcile actual and shift hours, as well as process roster change forms
  • Liaise with residential sites to ensure smooth operation of shifts
  • Publish fortnightly rosters and reconcile and update rosters daily
  • Undertake regular reporting and flag any trends or concerns
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or high-level administration
  • Prioritization skills and ability to manage rosters in a volume environment
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn multiple databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate in business administration or equivalent relevant qualification
