Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director to lead the delivery of major reform initiatives across our network.

  • Establish, plan, implement, and evaluate a Shared Pathology Reform Project
  • Renew governance structures, stakeholder engagement plans, budgets, risk registers, and strategic project documentation
  • Led and implement agreed reform activities
  • Support service expansion
  • Represent our Shared Pathology Service in external forums and liaise with government agencies and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk, and financial management standards
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and patient-centred care

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering reform objectives within agreed timelines and working closely with senior leadership teams.
