Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our client's projects. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne and involves working primarily from the office.
Due to the nature of the work involved, applicants must have full work rights in Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder expectation management and review. They will also act as a bridge between the employer and their client to close gaps and increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Developing and implementing project plans
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- An extensive consulting background combined with corporate experience
- Relevant experience in telecommunications environments
- Strong experience in enterprise-wide technological transformation programs
- Exceptional experience in end-to-end program delivery management
- Ability to run business workshops for C-Level executives
- Clear approach to transformation programs
