Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will also provide guidance on financial matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, including taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a senior financial leadership position.
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
