Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a Clinical Care Manager role at our facility. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and leading clinical services, with a minimum of 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience within healthcare or aged care. They will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, driving quality care and clinical governance systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

About the Role
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee all aspects of clinical practice.
  • Develop and implement quality care and clinical governance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Supervise nursing and care teams, and support them in achieving their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
  • Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience within healthcare or aged care.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines.
