Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our Residential Care team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality care delivery to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Drive a positive culture among clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality care and clinical governance systems are embedded
  • Develop and implement optimal care plans aligned with resident needs and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the clinical team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including resident families and suppliers
  • Mentor and develop clinical staff to achieve career goals
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a registered nurse with no conditions
  • Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience in healthcare or aged care
  • Prior experience in motivating teams and delivering accountabilities
  • Strong financial acumen for managing resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
