About the Role

The Program Manager will be responsible for setting vision and strategy, guiding projects and teams through periods of transition, and managing the Spiral Sustainment Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set vision and strategy with consideration for future capability
  • Agent for change management, guiding projects and team through periods of transition
  • Manage Spiral Sustainment Contract
  • Primary customer interface
  • Effectively lead a high functioning team of approximately 40FTE
  • Responsible for delivery of critical outcomes for customer, both in terms of existing capability (availability) and new capability.
  • Direction and oversight of 2-3 project managers

About You

  • Extensive Program Management experience, ideally in Defence
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Foster an environment that encourages inclusion, innovation and creative problem-solving.
