Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our team in delivering critical outcomes for our customers.
About the Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for setting vision and strategy, guiding projects and teams through periods of transition, and managing the Spiral Sustainment Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategy with consideration for future capability
- Agent for change management, guiding projects and team through periods of transition
- Manage Spiral Sustainment Contract
- Primary customer interface
- Effectively lead a high functioning team of approximately 40FTE
- Responsible for delivery of critical outcomes for customer, both in terms of existing capability (availability) and new capability.
- Direction and oversight of 2-3 project managers
About You
- Extensive Program Management experience, ideally in Defence
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Foster an environment that encourages inclusion, innovation and creative problem-solving.
