Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical projects with a strong background in electrical or HVAC systems.

This involves overseeing data centre service projects including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement ensuring alignment across internal teams and external clients.

They will oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement, including high-level design concepts, fit-out budgets, and managing production lead times.

The project manager will support financial control and reporting, working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.

They will also be responsible for managing commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and handover of documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong background in electrical or HVAC systems.
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills.
  • Able to ensure alignment across internal teams and external clients.
