Cloud and Data Centre Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud and Data Centre Infrastructure Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for cloud and data centre technologies to work with cutting-edge infrastructure, collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Data Centre technologies in accordance with contracted service level agreements.
  • Provide expert technical assistance and contribute to incident and change management activities.
  • Deliver top-notch service to multiple enterprise customers across key technologies including VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, and Public Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
  • Hands-on experience with VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco computing platforms.
  • Relevant certifications from major vendors will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes and guidelines.
  • Passion for private and public cloud computing technologies and their large-scale application.
