Job Summary

SIXT Australia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Sydney Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers, ensuring their expectations are met, and contributing to the successful operation of our location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers: Greet and welcome customers upon arrival to collect their rented vehicle, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Damage Management: Inspect and identify damage to our vehicles, and support the team in the damage process to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Customer Service and Information: Provide excellent service and information to customers when they return their rented vehicle and exit the rental process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Transportation and Safety: Safely transport customers and their luggage from the terminal to our offices using a shuttle bus, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
  • Compliance and OH&S: Comply with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Driver's Licence and Qualifications: Hold a current Unrestricted Full Open Driver's Licence and meet the necessary qualifications for the role.
  • Customer Service and Communication Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail and Work Ethic: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a good work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
