Customer Service Representative

Eaton, a leading provider of intelligent power management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Manage and resolve customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of purchase orders, pricing, availability, and order ETA's.
- Customer Support: Provide proactive and reactive support to customers via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring high-quality service and resolving complex issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, accounts, sales, and supply teams, to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
- SLA Management: Monitor and manage customer service SLA's, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and meeting revenue goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Adopt a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, product coordination, customer service, logistics, or support in a technical environment.
- Education: Recent graduate in electrical engineering with demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP and CRM solutions (preferably SAP and Salesforce), excellent stakeholder management skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently.
- Qualities: Strong customer service ethos, great attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
