Electric Vehicle Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electric Vehicle Specialist to join our team at Neuron Mobility. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our e-bike fleet, performing regular quality assurance checks, and contributing to a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes to ensure they are in excellent working condition;
  • Conducting thorough quality assurance checks to identify any issues or defects;
  • Safely charging e-bike batteries and maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 20 hours per week availability;
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends;
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 25-28 kg);
  • Some mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • A suitable smartphone to perform the role (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
Salary and Benefits:
