About the Company:

We are a proudly Australian-owned 3PL company recognized as one of the leaders in distribution of general merchandise across the country. Founded in 1995, we cater to a wide customer base with our warehouses nationally, online shop, and extensive product range.

The successful applicant will join our team based in Eastern Creek and work on a temp-to-permanent position. The role is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Machine Service Technician:

  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of warehouse machinery.
  • Clean and replace sensors, clear blockages, and maintain equipment efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, providing effective solutions.

Warehouse Allrounder:

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment for loading/unloading stock.
  • Assist with organization, stocktaking, and inventory control in the warehouse.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support deliveries, pick, pack, and dispatch orders as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A current LF Forklift license.
  • Mechanically-minded or experience within a similar position.
  • Hand and power tool experience.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary Details:

Pay rate: $42.50 per hour + overtime (where required). Estimated annual salary is approximately $88,500.
