Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Environment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with experience in leading the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce environment strategies and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop overall strategy and planning.
  • Provide technical leadership to the environments team.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
  • Lead the creation and management of the Environments Team's service catalogue.
  • Execute complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and new projects and environment changes.
  • Ensure standards and processes are continually reviewed and improved.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve Salesforce landscape management.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and external vendors to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years' experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce environment strategies and automation frameworks across complex settings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role, interacting with integration partners and resolving issues.
