Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum two years' experience in an HR Business Partnering/Advising role in the Mining Industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or IR/ER.
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating performance management, talent and succession processes.
