Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Trainer and Educator to join our team of professionals. As one of Australia's leading national RTO providers, we deliver exceptional training experiences that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality training programs in the aged care environment.
  • Deliver engaging training solutions that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and achievement.
Requirements:
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential).
  • Relevant vocational experience in the aged care environment with a current practicum placement.
  • Certificate III Individual Support or Ageing Support or higher.
  • Current Police Clearance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for education, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. They will also demonstrate a commitment to compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures.
