Lead Aged Care Educator

This is a compelling opportunity for a Lead Aged Care Educator to drive clinical capability and best practice through education and mentoring in the aged care sector.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and evaluation of clinical education programs aligned with strengthened aged care standards. They will also deliver hands-on training and competency assessments across various residential aged care homes and regions, as well as mentor and coach nursing and care staff to foster continuous professional growth.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality aged care services, empowering nursing staff and ensuring compliance with evolving aged care standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Clinical Educator, Clinical Nurse Manager, or other training-focused role in aged care, with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality and contemporary education to staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a Clinical Educator, Clinical Nurse Manager, or other training-focused role in aged care
