About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Learning Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging learning experiences across our organisation.

  • Coordinate training logistics, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth running of learning initiatives for geographically dispersed workforces operating on day and night shifts.
  • Support administration and coordination of training programs and organisation-wide events for employees.
  • Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
  • Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
  • Help produce and distribute learning materials and evaluation forms.
  • Assist in updating and managing content on Learning Management Systems.
  • Support delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
  • Contribute to internal communications promoting learning and growth.
About You

  • Previous experience in administrative, HR, or learning support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
