Solutions Consultant Job Description

Empower educators and students to reach their full potential with our innovative solutions. We're an EdTech platform designed to amplify the impact of educators in the classroom, enabling them to personalise learning at scale.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll work on projects that make a real difference in students' lives, collaborating with sales teams to deliver engaging product demonstrations, translating technical capabilities into practical solutions, and driving successful onboarding of schools.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with sales teams to develop compelling product showcases that highlight EP's value to educators and decision makers
  2. Translate technical knowledge into actionable solutions addressing school challenges and aligning with teaching priorities
  3. Ensure seamless onboarding of schools, guaranteeing classes are set up and teachers feel confident using EP from day one
  4. Manage school engagement through our CRM system, keeping accounts and tasks up-to-date
  5. Design and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to teachers' needs
  6. Support schools during renewal and re-subscription cycles by demonstrating EP's ongoing value
  7. Represent EP at education events, conferences, and subject associations to strengthen our presence in the community
About You:
  • You possess deep educational expertise and confidence in presenting and engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • You have secondary teaching experience with strong curriculum knowledge across core areas
  • You excel in presentation, facilitation, and coaching, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • You're proficient in ICT tools, including Google Workspace, and aware of cybersecurity best practices
